Our Facility

  • In LUBEUM lube oil blending plant, we have the latest lube oil blending technology, and fully automated filling lines.

  • All of our processes are fully automatic, starting from receiving of the raw materials, which is controlled remotely from the control room, by control engineer, who will decide, remotely, the unloading destination tank, as per the type of raw materials, and it is specifications.
  • Our unloading processes have high accuracy system, which contains high technology and accuracy flow meters, which control the transferring of raw materials to it is destination tanks, which minimize the raw materials losses to the lowest acceptable range.

  • We have high accuracy, fully automatic lube oil blending technology, which is controlled remotely from the control room by charging of all required raw materials, in different ratios, as per the approved formulations to the suitable blending kettle, which has high efficiency mixing, and heating systems, to homogenize all charged raw materials in very short time.
  • Our high technology blending system has a major role to guarantee producing high quality products without any deviation in the quality of the same product, which we produce frequently.

  • Our technology provides us with the flexibility of producing wide range of lubricants, with lowest product’s losses.

  • We have a fully automatic, high technology filling lines to fill all types of packaging as per our customer’s needs.
  • Through our high accuracy filling lines, we are able to fill all types of packages without any variations during filling process. 

  • In QC department, we have the state of art laboratory, which has all required, high accuracy instruments for testing all types of lubricants, and raw materials as per the international standards like, ASTM, ISO…etc.
  • We are fully qualified for testing all types of lubricants, and able to evaluate the test results, and advise our customers with the best solutions if required.
  • Our main tests, which we can perform in our laboratory are:
  1. Kinematic viscosity @ 40⁰C, and @ 100⁰C.
  2. Viscosity index (VI).
  3. Dynamic viscosity at low temperature.
  4. Brookfield viscosity.
  5. Specific gravity, and density.
  6. Pour point.
  7. Flash point.
  8. Total base number (TBN).
  9. Total acid number (TAN).
  10. Water Demulsibility.
  11. Foam tests (sequence 1,2,3).
  12. PH value.
  13. Equilibrium reflux boiling point (ERBP) for coolants, and brake fluids.
  14. Dielectric strength (BDV), for transformer oils.
  15. Water contents.
  16. Consistency, and penetration test, for grease.
  17. Dropping point, for grease.
